How early can implantation bleeding occur?

Question

Hi all, I had light brown discharge and a tinge of blood (upon further investigation) on CD21. AF isn't due for another two weeks thereabouts (35-day cycle). Thus I feel it's too early for implantation bleeding to have been possible, and am wondering if any of you have thoughts / experience on this?

My cycles are 4 and 5-week alternates and this would be my 5-week cycle. AF arrived 15 Oct and lasted 8 days.

Any inputs would be greatly appreciated. Thank you 😊

Implantation bleeding doesn't happen to about 70% of women. If it did, its generally pink or very, very light red. Brown means old blood. I'd guess that it's just spotting.

The last time I was pregnant the implantation bleeding happened 2 days before AF was due. That's why I'm so skeptical about this being implantation bleeding since it's so early.

The last pregnancy ended in a miscarriage in Aug so fingers crossed that this turns out for the best 😊

Implantation bleeding is generally a light pink color and is not dark or bright. Happened to me on day 24 of my cycle, and I got a positive pregnancy test result 4 days later. Good luck!

When I was on birth control, about two weeks before my period I would have light red spots on the toilet paper and never really thought anything of it. Once I went off of it, it had stopped till the month I found out I was pregnant. And my periods were always on time, so about two weeks before I had the same thing which I thought meant my period was coming but nope it's a little baby instead :) good luck :)

I had brown spotting the week before my period off and on which is usually normal for me anyway so not sure if it was inplantation or not but when it didn't turn red I took a test cuz  I know my body and knew it wasn't normal and thinking I was late already I took 2 test and both very very positive no faint lines dark clear lines! lol and turned out I still had 2 or 3 days til my period lol.
