Would you let visitors in May? (Due in April)

I’m due the April 25th and due to the virus going around, we aren’t allowing visitors when my baby is born. My MIL just called me to let me know she booked a hotel for the end of May so she can meet the baby (she lives 5 hrs away) . Would you be okay with that? Not sure how i feel about it

I would only feel comfortable if she self quarantined for two weeks prior. It’s sounds ridiculous but with this going one we have to put our babies first. I plan on having no visitors just because I know my family won’t stay away from others like they are supposed to

Nope the earliest I'm thinking of having visitors is August and that's only if this starts to really calm down in June like I've been told.

I'm not having any visitors for a while except for my mom cause I know she protects herself and stays home mostly. I'll just be sending pictures and stuff. It's too much going on with the corona virus, plus there's RSV and all that so I'm just not taking chances anyways. You'll have to be the judge of that mama!! Just make sure she can get a refund if need be.

I’m struggling with this! Luckily there’s still some time for us (due June 11th, but for some reason I feel he’s coming earlier). I know people will want to come see him but I won’t put him at risk. I just don’t want to deal with the drama of having to tell people no, just want to enjoy the time with my baby boy when he gets here. The husband and I have already been told we are “ridiculous” for following the social distancing guidelines and not having people over our house right now while all of this is going on 🤦‍♀️

Nope I wouldn’t. My baby is due 5/1 and i dont know when we will allow family to meet baby. It sucks because obviously you wanna show her off but it’s not safe anymore:(

No. Until things truly calm down, we aren’t seeing anyone except my MIL because she will self quarantine before the baby comes. My husband, who is an ICU nurse, is taking the month of May off to prepare for the baby and ensure he isn’t exposed before our 2nd comes along.
She can book it just in case BUT make sure she can get fully refunded.
