I went to see my doctor at 18 weeks 3 days because I was experiencing some pink discharge (I’ve had two losses so my anxiety when something like this happens heightens a lot). She gave me an ultrasound to reassure my mind that everything was ok. The baby was measuring perfect and looked healthy. She did say however I may have marginal cord insertion. She said it could either be that the tech did not get a good view or I have MCI. We are going to revisit this at my 20 week anatomy scan on Friday but I can’t help to be freaking out. Can anyone give me insight into this? Should I be as concerned as I am? I don’t want to lose my baby.
