Men rape and same sex rape: should they get charged equally like a male-female rape?

I believe anyone who rapes anyone should get the same prison sentence like a male who rapes a young girl, another man/boy or an adult women. I believe women should get charged for raping a man or another women. If you didn't consent to a man or women doing anything sexual to you its rape in my eyes!

I also believe if someone accuses somebody of rape and it's not true they should be sent to prison and serve the same length sentence as someone who has raped.

I totally agree, I also wish that rape victims were treated with respect. As far as I can tell, it's one of the only crimes where the victim is interrogated, questioned, and vilified more than the attacker. It's disgusting. I wish there was more support for rape victims, less blaming surrounding female victims, less trivialising around male victims, and less disbelief surrounding child victims.

I honestly believe that punishment for raping a child should be more severe than punishment for raping another adult. NOT saying that raping anyone is even remotely ok. But that's my opinion.
