I have been trying to concieve and.experienced very light bleeding 3 weeks ago ( possibly implantation) 1 week before my period was due. I.had the usual pregnancy symptoms convincing my other half and I that we had succeeded. I started bleeding again today only this time it's very heavy and I have alot of back pain and cramping. Could this be an early miscarriage? Chemical pregnancy? Or just heavy period?
