Do baby girls get vaginal discharge?

My 9 month may have some discharge. It thick and white. She doesn’t have a rash or symptoms. I thought it was left over cream but I wiped her well and it’s came back. Dreading having to take her to a doctor amidst the pandemic but obviously I would he she needed to. I will call and ask my doctor on Monday.

My daughter is 10 now but I remember her being about that age with discharge. My MIL told me it was fine so I never did anything about it and she was fine. I'd say it's ok as long as it doesn't look like a yeast infection

It is normal. It’s the hormones they get from us
