Sleeping and nap schedules...
So my little one is officially down to one nap! Her sleep schedule has been going to sleep at 9 to 9 the next morning and then going down for a nap between 12-12:30–2:30-3 does this sound normal for a 14 month old? Just curious what your little ones are doing? It’s seems like a really long stretch of awake time between 3:00-9:00 p.m ???
