Pre eclampsia

Im currently pregnant with my 3rd child (5th pregnancy). When i was pregnant with my daughter i got diagnosed with preeclampsia at 28ish weeks and had her at 34 weeks. So with this baby im high risk and being followed closely for pre eclampsia. Im currently 15 weeks and did a 24 hour urine protein test, the results came back a little high in the 200s. My blood pressure has been fine 120/85 or so. I was wondering if this has happened to anyone before and if so what can i expect? I worried about being diagnosed this early.
