Nursery dilemma
Currently my husband and I are living at my mother in laws.
We are saving to buy a house and moved in after his father passed to be around more with our busy work schedules. We plan to be out by next February.
His mom and brother live here. We share the down stairs with his brother and there is alot of room. We have two rooms to ourselves right now and I feel like that is plenty to set up the baby in our room for sleeping/rocking chair and storage in the spare room for things and a changing table.
My husband's mom wants his brother to move up stairs and for us to use his room as a nursery. I have told them time and time again we have plenty for space and they are insisting that is what we do.
She wants me to sleep on a twin bed in the nursery (so I dont wake my husband) and to do all my breastfeeding in the nursery.
I am thankful for the offer but I truly would rather keep the baby in my bed room for sleep and use our spare room. All that is in the spare room in a computer. My husband is completely down to have the baby sleep in our room and dosent want us to be separated.
I just down know how to politely get it thru to her that I dont want to do that.
