So Iv been waking up feeling really sicky and actually thrown up a few times. It was my birthday on the 14th of April and I got up and vomited again!! So I decided to do a test to rule out pregnancy. So happy and excited and hoping it’s the best birthday present I could revive... already got a 4 year old son and he’s asking constantly to be a big brother so I’m struggling keeping this quite from him right now 👶🤞🏼
