Expulsion?

I'd just like to know from anyone who has experienced expulsion, what does it feel like?

At this point I'm still expecting odd pains and spotting to be normal. The last few months I've experienced heightened ovulation pain that can last a few days. However today, halfway through my cycle, I've been experiencing mildly to moderately severe cramping, I went upstairs from work to check my strings and felt nothing abnormal. But just about 10 minutes ago I had a very strong cramp that almost felt like movement (nothing like I've ever felt) and now the pressure has gone. I'm feeling a little panicky. Any experience with this kind of thing?
