Opinions on hummus dip?

I’ve been eating it almost daily and just read that it could have lysteria? Opinions? Seems to be different advice on google and I seriously crave this daily

Honestly, so many things could have listeria. I’d enjoy my hummus with veggies and call it a healthy snack.

I’ve been addicted to salads and it was last fall there were salmonella risks, i just can’t help these cravings! I think hummus is ok . Stick with name brands?

I thunk sometimes theybhave to say these things just to cover their back JUST incase someone did get sick but in my opinion im sure it would be fine.

I didn’t my first pregnancy, but I am eating it for my third! If you are really worried, making your own homemade hummus is best.

My doctor said no sushi or anything raw and cold cuts in moderation. Everything else is fine, basically. Also with first trimester nausea I ate anything that made me feel better 😂
