Is this liver condition reversible ?

I hv been having a bunch of complications like bulging disc , costocondritis, muscle spasms, stiffness in the back and unbearable pain etc. so whenever these issues came up I was put on a strong dose of painkillers.

Anyhow my doctor told me to do a set of blood work to rule out what all these were about.

And it came out that I had a bulging disc on the MRI

And my liver reports came out high.

sGot (AST) 34 U/L

SGPT (ALT) 70 U/L

Could this be due to the heavy dose of painkillers I’ve been on ?

Has anyone reversed the damage from a situation like this ??
