Please help I am so confused on why this is happening
Hi ladies,
So today I tried out the menstrual disc. Went in fine and stuff. a good 4 to 5 hours later I  had to go to the bathroom so I went. I have no clue why but I noticed that my disc was at the end of my vagina. This happened to me twice today. It’s honestly like my body tried to push it out. I don’t have any idea why this is happening. So if you have some ideas please let me know!!!!!!!
