Baby first toothbrush?

Any favorites?
9 month old has 2 teeth and more on the way so we want to start brushing!
Here are 2 I found on amazon 
Also, did you use toothpaste at first?

We use a rubber banana one. Our pediatrician said to use a fluoride toothpaste, only give the amount of a rice grain though. He said it could be baby, kids, or adult even, that there wasn’t much of a difference. We give her a kid’s toothpaste though. Talk to your pediatrician though, as some people are weird about fluoride.

A silicone toothbrush doesn't actually clean teeth. Just use a normal baby toothbrush, you don't have to spend a lot on it. We were told to use 1000ppm fluoride toothpaste but only a rice grain sized bit. And try to brush AFTER the last feed at night.

We have transitioned through 3, since 6 months. The finger brush was recommended by Peditrcian since it had fine soft bristles at 6months. That thing sucked!! My husband couldn’t fit it on his finger and used his pinky which it only went on halfway so the brush portion would collapse making it even harder. I have what I think is an average to small sized hand and still struggled to get my finger into the tip on my pinky. I wear a size 7 ring and we purchased 2 different styles of finger brushes they are just not easy to use🤷🏻‍♀️ at 9months we had already switched to the rubber banana toothbrush and I brought it with us to the Peditrcian and she said it’s not bad but she wouldn’t recommend it since the bristles are about the size of a grain of rice it wouldn’t be very effective for cleaning the teeth. She wanted us to switch to a toddler brush since our guy had 8 teeth by 9mo. I ordered the giraffe toothbrush from dr. Browns and love it!!! I really feel like the bristles actually clean his teeth!  And he holds the feet of the giraffe and I hold the neck, which is progress from a couple months ago. Buy it! We also use hello bello fluoride free training toothpaste apple flavor, he loves it and I don’t have to worry about it not being exactly the size of a grain of rice. Our pedi said no fluoride under 18mo but she always aires on the side of caution.

The whale one is more for those without teeth yet. Yes, use toothpaste. They have baby toothpaste that is safe to swallow
