Hey everyone, I found out I was pregnant on October 21, and we couldn't be happier! Our first appointment is November 16. My questions are: on your first appointment, do you get an ultrasound and get pictures of the baby? And when did you start buying maternity clothes? I'm about 6-7 weeks.
