Hi. I'm new to this and looking for some advice. I am 5 weeks pregnant and have had a really bad cold for the last week. Just wondering what I can take for a sore throat. Can I take jakemans honey and lemon menthol sweets. They don't say on the packet that you can't so went to the website and didn't really say much there either. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
