I'm 5'2" and about 13st I have 36gg cup I suffer bad back and neck ache and occasionally get rashes under my breasts so I am wondering if I would qualify for a breast reduction on the nhs or not ? And if I would would I need to do or get anything first before I could have the operation also does it affect breastfeeding? And nipple sensitivity?
