Fainting Spell

Hi ladies I had a fainting spell at work this morning. Standing at a work station I got very lightheaded dizzy and ringing in my ears. I sat down right away and a coworker brought me some water. After about 10 min I was back to normal. Called the doc but have not heard back yet. Did anyone ever experience this? Should I be worried?? I'm 12 weeks along❤️
