Implantation bleeding or early period??

So I ovulated April 5th, had sex everyday through fertile window. I’ve been have odd symptoms like my boobs feels tingling and a little sore, also have been feel nauseous every time I eat something, I’ve also been really bloated and gassy, and when I cough or move a certain way I feel like I’m doing a bunch of crunches. I start my period the 21st but I’ve had sex the last 2 days and after I’ve had a little bit of pinkish spotting that’s turns to a light brown after both times and then it goes away. Could it be early period or implantation bleeding??
