Brown spotting started today

I’m 5 weeks today and I’m on my third pregnancy after an ectopic and a miscarriage. I haven’t had many symptoms yet and today I started brown spotting with a few very small clots. My miscarriage started with spotting so I’m so so worried. Mild twinges but no significant cramping. I really want this to be my healthy rainbow baby. I’m so scared.
