Have you ever fallen asleep during sex?

I feel SO bad for my boyfriend. A few nights ago after I had a relatively long day of work (6am-6pm) we had made dinner, watched a movie, and then after the movie (it was like 2am) we smoked a lil green, which isn’t out of the normal, and we started fooling around, and at first I was still super engaged and it was absolutely fantastic, but we changed positions and it was like him spooning me and he put it in from behind and he was lasting so long and I ended up dosing off in the middle of sex...I am so embarrassed and i feel so terrible, he rarely cries but he actually teared up after and took a minute to himself, and I tried so hard to explain I was just exhausted and so comfortable I just fell asleep, but he interpreted it as he’s bad in bed and I’m bored of everything between us sexually....I don’t know what to do, has this ever happened to anyone else?
