Best Cloth diaper(1st time user)

I’m a FTM and will be expecting a baby boy. What are the BEST cloth diapers for boys? What is the BEST cloth diaper period?! And should I use two different types for daytime and night time? How many cloth diapers do you ladies recommend getting to have on hand? We will use disposable as well but just when we’re out or he’s staying/visiting family. What are some things I NEED to know‼️HELP‼️

My personal favs are best bottoms with the snap inserts and bum genius pockets but not the aio because personally I find those bulkier than the pockets.

Best Bottom covers and inserts are my absolute favorite. Covers and prefolds are cheapest and not difficult once you get used to them. We've never had a leak with any cover/prefold combo. I have a lot of Alvababy pockets, they're pretty good. For overnights we mostly use Grovia ONEs.

I use Cloth-Eez prefolds and Thirsties covers, and also use mama koala pocket diapers with prefolds stuffed inside, instead of inserts. I've been doing this for three months and love it so much. We don't have a day time/night time preference yet, but we said we'd do disposables when we travel and learned that baby despises disposables lol
