Well the solution with discharge is wearing a daily pad. It’s so small you won’t be bothered by it and you’ll feel fresh and clean the whole day. I personally don’t have that much of discharge but I do wear daily pads just for hygienic reasons and to not destroy my panties. For this reason I change my panties just once a day. Twice only if I take a shower both morning and night (usually in the summer time).

I only wear undies when I leave my house. It’s really good for you to let things breathe as often as possible. I never wear the same pants two days in a row though.

Once. I always wear panty liners though. They’re so cheap and I buy in bulk. I’m pregnant so I have a ton of discharge constantly, wearing no underwear is impossible (and I think it’s nasty unless it’s while sleeping) and if I didn’t wear panty liners I would have to change underwear like 4 times a day 😂 They’re really absorbent so I only go through 2 a day.
