So sick - vomiting and diarrhea
Has anyone gone through this, and what did your healthcare provider say about food? I was up all night with vomiting and diarrhea, and I feel like if I eat anything now it'll start up again.
I'm drinking lots of water and have had some Gatorade to make sure I'm rehydrating, but I'm worried that I shouldn't fast, but also that if I eat I'm going to be real sick again. Thanks in advance ladies!
