Question

How long after your period do you begin to ovulate? One app says 2 days after my period is when my fertile days start. Glow says about a week after my period (glow is always always 96% accurate with my cycle.)  like does it depend on your cycle or what? I have normal 28-30 day cycles

Use OPK! This app said I ovulate on day 15 but in reality I ovulate 19 days after my period!! 19 days!!!!

Depends on your cycle and your body. You’d have to use OPKs to truly find out. My actual ovulation was always later than the app predicted because I have a longer follicular phase and shorter luteal phase even with a pretty regular 28 day cycle.
