recommended book!
this book was recommended to me by a friend and several others have since said they loved it. i just started it today and i can tell it’s going to be so helpful! it doesn’t give you “right or wrong” decisions or definite guidelines to follow.... just better educates you with specific data so that you can make decisions that are best for you and your pregnancy!
thought i’d pass it along, i’m enjoying it so far! I got it off of amazon for $15 i think!
