Eating helps for Queasy “morning sickness”

Is it just my imagination or does it help to snack on crackers, granola bars etc. all day long, as soon as I have eaten something I immediately feel so much better. I’m 6w 2D first pregnancy ever. It relieves a lot of my queasy yucky throughout-the-day pregnancy feelings.
