I have had sex multiple times a week since 2 weeks PP. yes I’m aware that’s not recommended but hormones were wild and I gave into my urges. I did not have any pain or get any infections and I healed just fine. But I’m now 4months PP and I was having sex with the hubby and I got a sharp right lower abdominal pain on and off. I looked it up and it said could be my ovaries may tender due to ovulation but I’m on an IUD and pumping so idk if that’s accurate. Anyone else had this or got any idea what it could be?
