Upper right back pain/abdominal pain third trimester

I’ve had this mild pain the last couple days that comes and goes in my upper right back and abdomen in the same-ish area. In my back it feel it along my RUQ (right hypochondriac as well as in my right lumbar region). It’s a dull ache, and tender when I lightly hit my back but not tender in the abdomen. It hurts worse in my back though. I was at the doctors today actually but didn’t bring it up because I thought it had gone away, turns out it seems to not hurt in the morning. Based on organ placement, it looks like it could be my gallbladder, liver, or kidney. I’m 34 weeks pregnant, no fever or anything. But when my appendix was oozing on the urge of rupturing last year, I had only some pain with no other symptoms. Has anyone experienced this type of pain? I had blood work done almost 2 weeks ago and everything was fine.
