Naturally Inducing labor?

Question

Anybody has tried raspberry leaf tea or pill to induce labor? I hear you suppose to start it by 36 weeks? If you did how much did you take? Can you please tell me your experience With it? My last and first pregnancy I was pregnant for ever and then was medically induce by 41 weeks. My labor was 63 hours long. That’s why this time I am trying to find things to speed up the process.

I drank raspberry leaf tea from about 35 weeks, I drank two cups a day with honey in it to sweeten it up a little, I don’t feel like it put me into labour, I feel like it helped my body prepare for it though, I had my son at 39+6 had on and off contractions (early labour) for two days before I delivered him, my active part of my labour was only 5 hours 😊, I went into labour naturally 😊

I drank red raspberry leaf tea starting at 36 weeks and taking evening primrose oil once a day orally at 36 weeks and then once a day orally And once vaginally at 37 weeks I don’t know if it helped or not but I went into labor naturally at 39+3 and only had a micro tear inside

Try to let your baby stay in there as long as possible. You can go up to 42 weeks and sometimes longer. I did alot of stretches and yoga moves that promote the opening of your body and the lowering of baby. There is an acupressure point near your ankle to rub to induce labor, make love and orgasm to release the hormones for labor and activate cervix. There is a lot of other ways to induce labor, talk to your baby too :)

I drank red raspberry leaf tea toward the end of my pregnancy and still had to be induced. But my active labor was very short, only about an hour and a half. No idea if it had anything to do with the tea.

Red raspberry leaf tea doesn't induce labor.  It is supposed to be good for your uterine health tho.

I’m 35+5 today and started drinking raspberry leaf tea yesterday! It scared the heck out of me at first cause I had 4 contractions back to back. I’ve had two cups today and no contractions thank god! Definitely did something though!

You cant safely induce labor on your own. The tea is meant to make contractions more productive, not start labor.
