What weeks do you normally find out what your having?

The lady that did my scan at a private place told me I was thin enough to come back between 13-14 weeks to find out the gender. But normally they say wait until you are at least 16 weeks to make sure everything is fully formed.

20 weeks at the doctors
Or 10 weeks with blood harmony test
