Dental hygiene-anyone in the dental field?

I suffer from depression and anxiety as well as post partum anxiety. When these things act up my dental hygiene is severely neglected.

I’m incredibly embarrassed about this and upset that it’s this way. It’s been this way ever since I was little.

Anyway, I also have gingivitis. That’s what the hygienist told me at my last cleaning last year.

The virus got bad and now I’m unable to go for my regular cleaning. I’m wondering is there something I can do at home to get rid of/treat the gingivitis? I am brushing twice a day, gum care listerine twice a day, and flossing before bed. I also use MI paste when I brush. Is there anything else I can do?
