Hi all I'm very confused with what is happening to my body

On the 10th of April (6weeks 6 days) I went thought what I thought was a miscarriage ( red bleeding with period like cramps lasted about an hour then went to spotting)

Since then I've been spotting everyday since then till today where this morning I've got period like blood with alot of clots and some cramps

Could if be my period

Edit: phoned epas and they said I am probably just experiencing my first period since my miscarriage to test in 4 days to check pregnancy status
