My boy is 9 months old, and FINALLY sleeping through the night! A full 12 hours for the past four nights, and I feel like a brand new woman 💪🏼. He is also putting himself to sleep! So no more nursing to sleep or rocking. I’m so proud of him ❤️❤️

For the ladies asking:: we started giving him some extra food before bedtime, and also started sleep training. Instead of rocking him to sleep we would do his usual routine, then lay him down and pat his bum until he fell asleep. Once he got used to that, we would only give him pats for two minutes then leave the room. If he cried, we would go back in and pat his bum. But it was almost like a switch flicked. One day he just realized “okay it’s bedtime” and slept through the night. He’s been amazing at bedtime and sleeping through the whole night (12 hours) ever since!
