Growth scan 😳

I’m 34 weeks 3 days. I had a growth scan done today and baby girl is measuring 38 weeks 😳😳. Estimated to be around 7.5 lbs and >98%. The tech said she could be off a few ounces. She was going to give the measurements to the doctor at the time but the doctor was in a meeting. So I’m waiting for her to call. Any reason they would have the doctor call me? We have a c-section scheduled for 39 weeks 5 days but I’m hoping they will move it up.
