S/O moved baby money

So we have baby money in a lock lox. I go to put my part in this week and it's gone... All of it. I called my SO to see if he moved it he had said that he put it in the bank. Without telling me. Do I have the right to be mad? It is my money as well and the fact that I have no clue how much we have now and how much we still need. When I called him he seemed short answer with me, I ask how much is in it e says idk. He didn't want to talk about it and with my past expeiramces with my dad and money I don't have trust for sketchiness when it comes to money... I feel like I should have the right to know how much we have along with having access to it.
