Tips for drive thru

When you want a drink (pass this on to older people) say the size of your drink first. If you say “I want a hot chocolate” we can’t punch it into the screen. It makes it a lot faster

Also if you’re getting an iced coffee, say how many creams or sugars are in it. I had several people say they wanted a French vanilla ice coffee or whatever and then ask for cream and sugar.

And when you’re ordering don’t go to fast especially if you’re asking for a sandwich with a lot of things on it or a drink with a lot of things in it

Yes I’m aware that some people may not know how many comes in the generic coffee but I worked at Dunkin and now at tim hortons and the sugar/cream system are basically the same and don’t people usually know how they want their coffee? Like if they make it at home, and they put cream and sugar, they usually know how many they want, right?
