Back pain tip
Just a tip for anyone experiencing back pain: I got my belly bandit a few days ago and it has literally saved my life. It has an insert for an ice pack and I just wear it throughout the day. The only time I’ve had back pain now is when trying to sleep at night( I don’t wear it to bed.)
