Anyone here feed a raw diet for their dogs?

Hey y’all I’m planning on starting a raw diet for my dog either this week or next. I was just wondering how much other people tend to have to spend on meat for their pets. I just want to make sure I’m making the right decision for my dog and for my bank account. Also my dog is around 60 pounds

Feeding raw takes a lot of research and dedication. You have to feed a certain percentage of meat, bones, organs, etc. it’s not as easy as throw him a T-bone and a cup of green beans. It takes a lot of trial and error to find things your dog will eat (especially the bones and organ portions). Please please be sure to do your research before feeding raw because if you don’t get the proportions right your dog could end up having malnutrition. For price I would say it could range greatly. Like I said before, it’s trial and error with a lot of dogs on what they will eat, so you may be sort of wasting money to find things they will eat. Once you find a good balance of everything and things he will eat, I would budget anywhere from $80-100 a month as a good starting line. This will depend greatly on where you shop and if you’re able to find discounts.

Do you eat meat every night with your family? And vegetables and fruits everyday? If so just buy a little bit more than you normally would. We have meat and vegetables with dinner every night so I feed my German Shepherd a serving of the meat I cook plus fruits and veggies throughout the day as I cut them up. Then at dinner again. She loves it and she eats so many raw veggies and fruits that normally a dog probably would think is gross. But anyways I would do around the same stuff you buy for yourself! It’s not really much money because you are already buying the things anyways

I work in the pet food industry. 
You need to feed your dog 2-3% of his body weight in raw per day. They also need bone in their diet (raw chicken wings are good for this) and you can add raw veg also. 
But you can't just guess it. It all needs to be weighed properly
