Hiya. I've been on Keto for about a month and am loving the results. The consistent energy and lack of hunger is brilliant.
I've been trying tracking Macros for a few days and realise I'm consistently going over my 20g ideal by about 6g. Turns out, the milk in my coffee is the culprit. I'm switching to almond milk tomorrow, and it'll save me 10g a day.
Now I'm wondering if you all have any other tips like that that I should be aware of?
