I started birth control this week and holy hell do I feel nauseas.

I started on a very low dosage as I don’t really want to have the highest dosage. I’m all ready freaked out about birth control.

I’m taking the pill losetrin. But dang I felt so sick last night and lost sleep. Can I take a sleeping pill with that so I get some rest? Hopefully it gets better.

I know it can cause blood clots so if my legs cramp up I need to get off of it. I can’t tell if my legs are cramping or tired from lack of sleep
