Are their any military spouses on here?

I'm needing some support and advice.

My fiance just enlisted into the Army. I was very excited for him and us but now that it's getting closer to him leaving for basic I'm starting the feel so stressed and lots of aniexty. I feel so afraid of the big changes getting ready to happen. Any advice or tips on the transition for us both or how any of you coped with this life changed?! Would love the support and love right now. Feeling pretty down and withdrawn nowadays 😩🥺
