Potty training?

First time mom; baby girls going to be a year old May 17th! Wow where has the time gone? But my question is when do most of you ain to potty train? My girls already gone "potty" twice on the toilet.. she hates having a wet bum.. so i bought her a potty to start interducing her to it after her birthday.. is this too soon?

Nope, I started at 6 months. We go every morning when she wakes up and after every nap. Im trying to introduce more times throughout the day as well.

Nope it’s not too soon, I started at 5 months with my son and he pretty much does every poo in the toilet some we miss it when I’m busy, he also does wee’s in the toilet and some days we only use one nappy.

It all depends on the kid. There isn’t a too early or too late. They will show signs of readiness and it’s a much easier and less stressful process if you wait until they do.

I’m letting my kids do it on their own basically. My first is 3.5 years old and goes potty occasionally. We introduced the potty forever ago, we have undies, we talk about it, we hang out on the potty, we celebrate when he uses it correctly. I don’t have the patience to do the no-pants weekend or force him into something he’s not ready for. His pediatrician approved, and said she only wants to see kids potty-trained by their 4-year check-up.
I’ll do the same with this baby. He’s been introduced to the potty already, he’s peed and pooped on it a few times, and he celebrates with us when big brother potties.

I have started training. He pees when I make him stand with a hissing noise after he wakes up . No diaper throughout the night.
I make him wear a diaper only when am doing household chores n can’t take him to toilet
