Hello ladies I am on day 86 of no period. I’ve spotted 16 or so times this month when I don’t take the Vitex at the same time everyday but it hasn’t induced my period yet as I had hoped when I started it earlier this month... if I stop it for a couple days would it induce it since the progesterone drops when a period is starting and Vitex increases the progesterone? Help and advice please I’m miserable and just want to start my period already! I was cramping horribly earlier and my uterus feels sooo heavy
