Just got new today that I have gestational diabetes this is my third pregnancy 🤰🏼 and never experience this before. I had to buy a monitor thing and I have to poke my finger 4 times a day AND take a pill 😔 kinda bummed this caught my by total surprise I am 5’9 and pre pregnancy weight was 190 .. yes I never got rid of the other baby weight .. looks like Ill be adding in some walking into my routine and eating better - no fast food ! Anyone have this ?
