8 weeks & spotting

I had my first ultrasound yesterday and the doctor said everything looked normal. Heart beat at 145. But I just went to the bathroom and wiped and there was light pink blood on the toilet paper. I’ve had light cramping today.. nothing major. Is this normal for 8 weeks?
