Sebhorrhic dermatitis ? HELP red patchy scarley

Not cradle cap we treated that but now he has this on his cheeks and chin and it seems to be getting worse doc said it’s not bothering him so leave it alone but it looks so bad and is now flaming I’ve tried aquaphor baby aveeno eczem lotion and trying breastmilk and cerave now 😔😔anyone else have this issue ? Pleas help

Sometimes the best thing IS just to leave it be and let it heal up on it's own. It will pass.

Has anyone tried aveeno eczema nighttime balm ? I’m putting cera ve healing ointment on it and breastmilk and it’s not clear which is making it more rough and not clearing 😔😔😔😔tempted to get the balm - anyone tried ?
