Diastasis recti? Or something else?

I'm 9 months postpartum and I've been having an uncomfortable pulling/pain sensation in my lower abdomen every time I sneeze. It varies between left and right side. I also have a kyleena IUD that was placed when I was 2 months postpartum.

Sounds like you need some serious pelvic floor therapy. Definitely need to work on pulling the abs back together. So yes diastasis recti and maybe some pelvis dysfunction aka pelvis is still loose. I struggle with this as well
