High blood pressure ?

I’m 15 weeks pregnant and my doctor said for my age and size my blood pressure is too high , what can I do to lower it ? I’m a lil nervous for my baby

I had this in my last pregnancy and they put me on meds in the 2nd trimester, it went away once baby was born x

You can eat a lower sodium diet and start to walk daily if you already don’t. Did they put you on medication for it? I always try to stay at or below 1,500 mg of sodium a day. Try to eat fresh foods and stay away from heavily processed foods.
